Refund and Returns Policy
At RenewedStore.in, every laptop is professionally refurbished and passes a 62-point quality inspection before dispatch. Because our products are certified refurbished (renewed) devices, this policy explains when and how you can return a product, claim a replacement, or request a refund. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below, read alongside our Terms & Conditions.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, and only in the following cases:
Returns requested after 7 days cannot be accepted under this policy. Hardware faults arising after this window are handled under your Warranty (see Section 7).

Every laptop includes a 3-month replacement warranty and a 1-year service warranty covering hardware defects, as described in our Terms & Conditions. Returns under this policy apply to issues identified within the first 7 days. Hardware faults discovered after 7 days are addressed through warranty service (repair or replacement of the faulty component), not a refund. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorised repairs.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under this Return & Refund Policy upon delivery.
